How do I work offline with Tengai POS?
Before going offline, open all main sections (Products, Sales, Reports, Due List) so data is cached. Once done, disconnect. The system functions fully offline and syncs all data automatically when you reconnect. Use the manual sync button on slow networks.
How do I buy a subscription?
Open Tengai POS → Settings → Subscription → Update Now. Select your desired plan, click Pay Now and pay using EcoCash, ZimSwitch, InnBucks, O'mari, OneMoney, Mukuru or VISA.
How do I connect a Bluetooth printer?
Go to Settings and turn on the Printing Option. Make a sale and select your printer from the Bluetooth devices list. Make sure your printer is turned on and Bluetooth is enabled. 58mm and 80mm thermal printers are supported.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Click Forgot Password on the login screen and enter the email you used to create your account. A reset link will be sent instantly. Click the link, enter your new password and log back in.
